Applying for jobs shouldn't feel like shouting into the void

What it does

• Candidates share how a hiring process actually went: each interview step, how long they waited, whether anyone replied, and whether they would apply again.
• Everyone can see the pattern: ratings, a trust grade, where in the process candidates get ghosted, and how fast a company usually responds.
• Every UK company is already here. We load the public Companies House register, so you can find and review an employer even if nobody has yet.

How the trust grade works

Each company gets a grade from A to F built from five things: how often candidates are ghosted, how often a process reaches a real answer, how quickly the company responds compared with others, how fair candidates found the process, and how consistent their experiences are. A company with only a few reviews is pulled towards the average so one review can’t swing the grade. On each company page you can see the breakdown behind the grade.

What we are not

We are not a complaint box and not an employer-paid ratings service. We don’t take money to change a score. We are also early: many companies have few or no reviews yet, and the site says so instead of guessing.
