Terms of use
By using Ghosted AI you agree to these terms. They are short because the rule is simple: be honest, be fair, and protect people's privacy.
Last updated 26 September 2026
Writing a review
- Write only about your own real experience applying to, or interviewing with, the company.
- State facts you can stand behind, and label opinion as opinion.
- Do not name or identify individuals, and do not include private information about anyone, including yourself.
- Do not post anything abusive, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful.
- Do not review a company you have not applied to, post on behalf of others, or post more than one review of the same process.
- Do not upload forged, altered or stolen evidence.
Moderation
We check reviews before they appear and may edit for privacy, decline or remove any content that breaks these terms. We may also suspend accounts that abuse the service. Ratings are weighted by how detailed and helpful a review is; nobody can pay to change a company’s score.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on Ghosted AI and to use it, anonymised, in scores, rankings and insights. You can ask us to remove your reviews at any time.
If you are a company that has been reviewed
You can ask us to look again at a review you believe is untrue, identifies someone, or breaks these terms. Write to mawaz@pyxion.uk with the review link and the reason. We assess each request on its merits and will not remove a review only because it is critical. We will never disclose the identity of a reviewer.
What the service is and isn’t
Reviews and scores are opinions from individual candidates, not verified facts or professional advice, and company details come from a public register that may be out of date. We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it as is and cannot guarantee it.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from reliance on a review.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
